Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns in the following case:
Claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
Product must be unused
Original packaging must be intact
Once the claim is approved:
Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days
For bank transfer refunds, customer must provide correct bank details
Used skincare products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
